Kestrels Herd Farm Day 3
Another busy day, here at Herd Farm. Spirits are high and the sun even came out for a while to warm us all up. Today, the children have had the opportunity to practise their orienteering skills on a much larger course than the one at Iveson. Some groups have been up on the High Ropes, some have been working on their teamwork, stacking crates and others have been channeling their inner Robin Hood with archery. There has been lots of mud and a blindfolded rope walk, where they showed off excellent communication skills to guide each other round. We have even managed to squeeze in a game of football and a trip to the Puzzle Palace. It’s a good job they are all good at hoovering and sweeping up now!
